My Business Story
From my earliest existing memories, I've always had a special connection with animals. In 2007 I was introduced to the world of grooming and I've never looked back. Not only could I help pets live healthier and happier lives, but I could spoil and pamper them in the process.

Over the years I worked for myself and others using different products, tools and techniques. This led me on a journey of constant continued education.

When my heart dog, Nico, fell very sick I needed more flexibility in my schedule for vet appointments as well as a calm clean environment to bring him to. That is when I opened Paws and Purrs Pet Salon.

Since opening in 2018 it is my promise that my team and I will always know more than we did yesterday but less than what we will know tomorrow. Our teams' hands will always remain gentle and skilled. Our priority will always be the pet in front of us. Every pet will receive tailored care based on their individual needs because every pet that walks into our salon is "someone's Nico."

We offer top of the line compassionate grooming with over 30 years combined experience. Only the best products, the gentlest of hands, and the most talented, educated and skilled groomers for your pets. We will always treat your fur baby as if they were our own, because they are!

It is important to us to not only have a clean, fun facility but a safe one that is ready for anything. We are proud to announce that every staff member has undergone canine and feline CPR and First Aid training and has been certified!
